hsiegeln	9962ee99d9	fix(ci): drop ssh-keyscan, use StrictHostKeyChecking=accept-new instead ... ssh-keyscan fails when the runner can't reach the host on port 22 during that step. hsiegeln	b53840b77b	ci: add manual workflow to sync Docker images to remote server ... Pulls all :latest images from the Gitea registry and pipes them via `docker save | ssh docker load` to the APP_HOST server.
