feat(events): cursor-paginated GET /agents/events

Browse Source 
Returns {data, nextCursor, hasMore} instead of a bare list. Adds
?cursor= param; existing filters (appId, agentId, from, to, limit)
unchanged. Ordering is (timestamp DESC, instance_id ASC).
