hsiegeln ac4476ccd6 fix: register JavaTimeModule on ObjectMapper for processors_json serialization ...

The ObjectMapper used to serialize the processor tree to JSON lacked
JavaTimeModule, causing Instant fields (startTime, endTime) to fail
silently — processors_json was always null.
