Adds <distributionManagement> at the parent POM and a push-only deploy step in the build job. Selects the parent + core + minter via -pl so both the plain library JAR and the Spring Boot fat CLI JAR are pushed with their full dep tree resolvable; server-app is excluded as a fat-jar runtime, not a library.
