feat(db): recordView/listViews fuer recipe_view

INSERT OR REPLACE fuer idempotenten Bump des last_viewed_at Timestamps.
listViews-Helper nur fuer Tests; Sort-Query laeuft direkt in
listAllRecipesPaginated via LEFT JOIN.
