heart toggle for active profile, delete button. Sort dropdown switches
between popular / newest / oldest.
- /recipes/[id] gets 'Auf Wunschliste (setzen)' button alongside favorite.
- Layout header shows 🍽️ link to /wishlist next to the admin ⚙️.
