hsiegeln	526c7433f4	feat(editor): Sektionsueberschriften in IngredientRow + Insert-Button ... DraftIng bekommt section_heading: string | null. IngredientRow rendert davor einen Fade-in-Insert-Button (null) oder ein Heading- Input mit Entfernen-Button (string). hsiegeln	defbb5e24d	refactor(editor): IngredientRow + shared types ... IngredientRow rendert eine einzelne editierbare Zutat-Zeile. DraftIng und DraftStep sind jetzt in recipe-editor-types.ts, damit Parent und Sub-Components auf dieselbe Form referenzieren.
