- REST API: POST/GET/DELETE /api/apps
- Build pipeline: JAR → Dockerfile → docker build → push → kubectl apply
- In-memory state with K8s reconciliation on startup
- Shell executor for docker/kubectl commands
- Configurable via env vars (server URL, bootstrap token, registry, namespace)
