hsiegeln 7bb9ef3283 refactor: drop JWT secret env vars from installers and compose ...

Removes CAMELEER_SERVER_SECURITY_JWTSECRET and
CAMELEER_SAAS_PROVISIONING_JWTSECRET — a better solution has been
adopted upstream, so the installers no longer need to generate or
forward a shared JWT secret.
