hsiegeln 0da1ffea7f fix: guard against null orgId in createAndInviteUser and createUserWithPassword ...

Vendor admins use global roles, not org roles — passing null orgId
would previously cause addUserToOrganization to call
/api/organizations/null/users and fail.
