hsiegeln ec38d0b1c2 feat: merge bootstrap into cameleer-logto image ...

Adds logto-entrypoint.sh that seeds DB, starts Logto, waits for health,
runs bootstrap, then keeps Logto running. Eliminates the separate
logto-bootstrap init container.
