hsiegeln fea50b51ae fix: force SNAPSHOT update in CI build (-U flag) ...

Maven cache can serve stale cameleer3-common SNAPSHOTs. The -U flag
forces Maven to check the remote registry for updated SNAPSHOTs on
every build.
