hsiegeln ad8312b7f0 chore: gitignore .claude/ session state ...

Accidentally committed .claude/scheduled_tasks.lock in the previous
commit. Untrack it and add .claude/ to .gitignore so local Claude Code
session state does not leak into the repo.
