INSERT/SELECT in insertRecipe, replaceIngredients und getRecipeById
um section_heading ergänzt. IngredientSchema im PATCH-Endpoint sowie
Ingredient-Fixtures in search-local-, scaler- und repository-Tests
auf das neue Pflichtfeld aktualisiert.
