Code-Review-Finding zu commit 82d4348: das Sibling-Endpoint
recipes/[id]/+server.ts nutzt schon parsePositiveIntParam aus
api-helpers.ts. Der neue View-Endpoint hatte die Logik inline
nachgebaut — jetzt aufgeraeumt fuer Konsistenz.
